TERMS OF USE

Use the workspace with care and context.

These terms describe the rules for using BeeFind’s research workspace, exports, and optional outreach tools.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Important. These product terms are a practical use standard, not a replacement for legal advice. You are responsible for your own business purpose, recipient selection, consent or lawful basis, and compliance with rules that apply to you.

Using BeeFind

BeeFind provides a private workspace for researching local business markets, reviewing public business context, preparing exports, and optionally managing controlled outreach. Access is provided subject to the plan or allowance assigned to your account.

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service only for legitimate business-research purposes. You may not allow unauthorised people to use your account or attempt to obtain access to another member’s workspace.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the market brief you create, the searches and exports you run, the information you add to your workspace, and every outreach message you choose to send. You must independently confirm that your intended use, recipient selection, and message comply with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, and sector-specific requirements.

Search results can be incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review the record and source context before relying on it, exporting it, or using it for a business decision.

Acceptable use

You must not use BeeFind to access private, login-only, or restricted content; bypass a CAPTCHA, paywall, rate limit, authentication control, or platform safeguard; probe private networks; impersonate another person; distribute malware; or interfere with the service.

You must not use BeeFind for unlawful discrimination, harassment, deceptive or misleading messages, unauthorised mass messaging, or attempts to build prohibited copies of third-party directories. Do not represent a public contact detail as consent where it is not.

Research data and exports

BeeFind shows public business context and source references to support review. Source availability and the rights associated with a record can vary. You must preserve required attribution and follow restrictions shown with a source, including any export or reuse limitations.

Exports are prepared for your workspace only. You are responsible for verifying source context, permitted reuse, data accuracy, and recipient suitability before importing or sharing an export with another system.

Optional outreach tools

Optional outreach features are controlled by the member who configures them. If you add a sender connection, you are responsible for the credentials, sender identity, campaign content, recipient selection, and compliance of each send. Do not use the feature to send indiscriminate campaigns.

BeeFind provides unsubscribe and suppression controls, but these controls do not transfer your legal or compliance responsibilities to BeeFind. You must honour applicable opt-out, consent, and disclosure requirements.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove features to protect users, comply with source restrictions, address security issues, or improve reliability. We may limit or suspend an account that presents a security risk, violates these terms, or creates unreasonable load on the service.

Where a paid access request is offered, choosing it does not itself create a charge or grant access until payment or administrator approval is confirmed in the workspace.

Questions

For questions about these terms, privacy, or data handling, contact the BeeFind operator using the contact route made available for the service. See the privacy notice, data-use page, and cookie notice for related information.
